CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

Cancellation the day before (during working hours) - no charge.

Please ensure we have received the message or phone call so the appointment can be offered to another owner.

Cancellation on the day - full  payment required.

As we're sure you can understand overheads are high and repeat late cancellations have a large impact on our business. Therefore, two late cancellations will result in your place being given to another patient.
